On Feb. 2, Whitney arrived at the nightclub around 10:30 p.m. with her niece and friends in support of her former boyfriend Ray J (Brandy‘s brother), who was DJ’ing at the hotspot. According to a Celebuzz source, the singer (who has battled with addiction in the past) was seen drinking champagne and cognac throughout the night before leaving the club at 2:30 a.m.

Whitney looked to be having a great time at the Playhouse, meandering around the club and leaving the VIP booth on numerous occasions to hit up the smoking patio.

The singer passed away at the Beverly Hilton on Feb. 11. She was 48.
