Vanessa Hudgens the 18-year-old Disney stunner was back on the town Wednesday night at the Us Weekly bash, where she was honoured in their new Hot Hollywood issue.
The publication’s cameras managed to catch Hudgens sneaking through a back entrance and quickly finding her fellow Disney-star Miley Cyrus.
According to US, a fully clothed Hudgens – who was sporting a rainbow coloured short-sequin number – only allowed photographer’s to take a handful of photographs and made a swift exit after the madness surronding her appearance at the event died down.
