Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have split up after three years. Sources claim Timberlake dumped Diaz just weeks before heading overseas to start a promotional tour for his sophomore CD, FutureSex/LoveSounds. The CD is due in stores Sept. 12 and the first single, “SexyBack,” will be released July 7. A club tour in North America will follow in August. The album is a follow-up to Justified, which sold seven million copies. The break-up comes a year after speculation began that they were engaged. Diaz just finished work on The Holiday, a new movie co-starring Kate Winslet. Both she and Timberlake will lend their voices to characters in Shrek the Third. Those close to Timberlake claim Diaz was too possessive and drove him away. Both stars were in Toronto last September to promote movies at the film festival. Diaz was previously engaged to actor Jared Leto and Timberlake formerly had a relationship with Britney Spears. Source
