The Biggest Scandal: Katie Holmes’ sex scene in Thank You For Smoking was gone, and nobody know where is it. In few months ago, The mystery of the fabulous Katie Holmes missing sex scene at the Sundance viewing of the film ‘Thank You For Smoking’ apparently has been solved.
Tom Cruise conspiracy theorists will be disappointed as it appears the mega-star had nothing to do with Katie’s scene being removed from her upcoming effort in the film.
The NY Daily News reports that it was a production assistant’s fault. That makes sense – we always blame the interns when something goes awry.
Director Jason Reitman says the real culprit was the assistant and claims, “It was a projection error,” he told the paper after a New York screening Wednesday.
“They just lost that reel.”
Katie fans are going to be even more disappointed as it turns out that Holmes keeps her clothes on during the scene, but the action is hot enough to earn the film an R.
