Tara Donna Reid (born November 8, 1975) is an American actress. Reid has acted on television shows such as Saved By The Bell: The New Class, Days of our Lives, California Dreams, and Scrubs.

Grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
Her brother, Tommy Reid, is also in the entertainment industry and has his own production company.

Tara Reid suffered from a brief bout of anorexia nervosa following her upsetting and traumatic breakup with MTV DJ Carson Daly (they had been engaged). This coincided with the filming of American Pie 2 (2001), which is why Ms. Reid appeared gaunt in several scenes (primarily those that were reshoots), as well as at the premiere of the film. Her illness ended in late 2001, when she began filming National Lampoon’s Van Wilder (2002).
Her brother Patrick runs a clothing store “Patrick Reid” located in Santa Monica, California. Tara serves as fashion consultant.
