The ’3′ singer reportedly ended her romance with the talent agent at the end of February following a year-long romance because they had been arguing constantly.

A source said: “They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along. They both just needed to take a break from each other. It wasn’t working out.”

Despite their split, Jason, 38, will still represent Britney through the New York-based entertainment agency, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where he works.

This isn’t the first time the pair have seemingly split.

The 28-year-old pop beauty dumped Jason in January after learning he had been flirting with two women at Los Angeles’ Roger Room bar before getting back together.

Britney – who has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline – and agent Jason started dating in March 2009. They split briefly in August, but soon reconciled.

Since their romance began, Jason has proposed to Britney several times.

According to People magazine, LeAnn Rimes is no longer living with her husband, dancer Dean Sheremet.

This is four months after reports surfaced that the country star and her Lifetime movie co-star, Eddie Cibrian, allegedly having an affair. “Le and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they’re continuing to try and work through their relationship,” a Rimes pal told the mag.

The couple married in 2002, when she was only 19.

According to several online reports, Jessica Simpson and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo have split up. Tony Romo called it quits with Jessica Simpson the night before her 29th birthday.

“She is heartbroken,” says the source. “She loves Tony. But it’s been difficult lately. He’s busy with his career and she’s getting ready to shoot her show (The Price of Beauty). They decided to part ways.”

This isn’t the first break-up for the couple, who began dating in 2007.

Romo reportedly dumped Simpson last May, but was able to patch things up in time to attend sister Ashlee Simpson’s wedding a few days later.

The first source added that Simpson canceled her birthday party because of the split, but is doing “OK.”

In the wake of the split, Simpson has been hitting up her Twitter account, relaying news that she canceled her birthday party but revealing little else that would seem to suggest a split. “Barbie party didn’t happen, but I turned 29 and feel like I am on top of the world yelling I love getting older.”

She later tweeted, “The beat of a heart can make you realize the special rhythm of a person … just listen. I like the irregular beat; it send me to another place … Everyone needs to know that hope floats … grab the strings and pull it back to you.”
