Pixie Lott tells Cosmo what she’s learnt about love and lust and reveals her relationship rules.

“I’m very excited. We’re just on our way to London from Manchester so we’re just in the car. It’s a bit of a road trip,” Pixie told Capital FM.

“The Jingle Bell Ball is always so much fun,” Pixie said. “There’s so many great artists playing. All my friends and family are coming down, I think we’re gonna go out after and have some fun.”

According to Cosmopolitan, the 18-year-old popstar said: “I think I’m a nice [girlfriend], I’m pretty easy-going.”

“I wouldn’t be one of those naggy ones; I’d just be laid-back and up for a laugh.”

Pixie, who shot to fame when she released her debut single Mama Do last June, has quickly made a name for herself as Britain’s new pop princess.

The Toxic hitmaker had been due to play the Virgin Mary in the new film, but walked away from the role with producers citing pressure from her family as her reason for quitting the project.

Movie bosses have now cast 19-year-old Brit Lott in the role, opposite Sam Rockwell, Bette Midler and Kim Cattrall, who have all been linked to parts in the comedy, according to Deadline.com.

Garfield director Peter Hewitt will helm the movie, which is due to begin filming in Maryland and Ireland later this year (10).

Lott will make her acting debut in upcoming TV film Fred: The Movie, which will debut on the U.K.’s Nickelodeon channel in August (10).

Pixie Lott models off one of her designs for her new Pixie Loves Lipsy fashion collection launch at Lipsy, Bluewater Shopping Centre in Greenhithe, England on Wednesday afternoon (April 28).

Pixie Lott officially launched her high street clothing line for Lipsy and looik partied at London’s Movida nightclub with the pop princess herself! Pixie treated us to cocktails, mini burgers, ice creams and a special live acoustic performance.

The 19-year-old singer, Pixie Lott revealed to the Daily Star she is thinking about getting a tattoo done and has been inspired by Lady GaGa, who this week had ‘Little Monsters’ – the nickname she has for her fans – tattooed on her wrist.

Pixie said: “I was thinking of getting a tattoo but I don’t want to get it where you can see it – I could get a tattoo for my fans like Lady GaGa did.”

The ‘Mama Do’ starlet spent several hours at Brentwood County High School, which is close to her home.

As part of the government’s ‘Tune in -Year of Music’ campaign, she sang live, answered pupil’s questions and helped inspire their music lessons.

She said: “It’s wicked, it’s so cool to come to a local school and perform to a young audience, it was a lot of fun.”

She told BBC Essex’s Ian Wyatt it was not impossible for anyone in the assembly to follow in her footsteps.

“You definitely can, if you just keep trying and you’re passionate and determined enough about music. If you keep trying you can definitely get there I think,” she said.

Head teacher at Brentwood County High, Carol Mason, was delighted to have Pixie in her assembly to emphasise the importance of music as a subject.

“It’s absolutely wonderful, the kids and staff have absolutely enjoyed it – thrilled,” she said.

“Who knows, we could have the next Pixie Lott in our school. Without cherishing that early on, we’ll never know.”
