Synopsis: Today is the biggest day in the super-organized life of uptight overachiever Jane Ryan. She’s due to give a major speech at Columbia University for a competition to win a prestigious scholarship to Oxford University. Meanwhile, her rebellious sister Roxy is planning to ditch school and go backstage at a Simple Plan music video shoot in Manhattan, where she’ll slip her demo tape to the band’s A & R team. Despite having so little in common and so much emotional distance between them, the adversarial sisters reluctantly journey together to the Big Apple, but their plans go wildly awry when a mix-up involving Jane’s all-important dayplanner lands them in the middle of a shady black market music piracy scheme. Sidetracked, sideswiped and hotly pursued from Chinatown to Harlem by whacked-out truancy officer and a wannabe gangster, Jane and Roxy reluctantly join forces and find unexpected romance with a charming Senator’s son and a handsome bike messenger. If Jane doesn’t recover her dayplanner–and the crucial speech inside it–she can kiss her college scholarship goodbye. If Lomax finally catches up with Roxy, she’ll be drummed out of high school for good. Roxy and Jane seem to have everything going against them–but anything can change in a New York Minute!

Last year, Olsen’s rep told Us Weekly that tabloid rumors that the actress and Lowman were engaged were “untrue.”

But Olsen doesn’t seem too distraught about the breakup. She was recently spotted with her sister Ashley attending shows at London Fashion Week.

Mary Kate Olsen is allegedly pregnant. Sources tell the National Enquirer that the actress and her boyfriend of nearly a year, artist Nate Lowman, are expecting their first child together.

“Mary-Kate has been looking a lot rounder recently. It is good she has put on weight, because she previously suffered from anorexia, but a lot of people think she could actually be attempting to hide her pregnancy,” an insider says.

The source adds that the 22-year-old, who became famous with twin sister Ashley Olsen while playing on ‘Full House,’ is “really happy” with the pregnancy.

“She is really happy with Nate and is very excited they will soon be starting their family,” the insider added.

The National Enquirer magazine claims that the actress, 22, has been secretly seeing Knocked Up star Jonah Hill.

Olsen and Hill were spotted getting cozy at Los Angeles’ Château Marmont hotel on Aug. 26 – just one night after the famous twin stepped out to a rock concert with beau Nate Lowman.

A source tells the tabloid, “It was a shock to see Mary-Kate together with, of all people, geeky Jonah.

“Mary-Kate and Jonah sat close together and seemed totally into each other. They were both wearing plaid shirts that almost matched. It was the cutest thing.

“He’s such an improbable ladies’ man – but when you get to know Jonah, he’s very charming.”

Mary-Kate has been dating New York conceptual artist Nate since last fall, and has been romantically linked with Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos and the late Heath Ledger.

“I’m sure Nate would have been floored to see the spectacle – the poor guy is being two-timed,” the source added.
