The embattled actress posed for the celebrity photographer, and once again channeled Marilyn Monroe, like her Playboy pics. Flaunting her cleavage, Lilo did her best pouts and poses for the black and white photos. At one point, Lindsay even ever-so-subtly flashes the camera.

According to TMZ.Com, the accident occurred way back in September 2010, when Lohan was reportedly seen running a red light in West Hollywood, California, and hit a nanny, Nubia Del Carmen Preza, who was pushing a stroller across the intersection.

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the troubled “Mean Girls” star, who spent most of 2011 in the public eye courtesy of a long string of Los Angeles-based courtroom appearances, is in talks to play the late Hollywood icon in a made-for-TV movie.

An image of the alleged January/February issue flooded the Internet Wednesday, a full week before the “Mean Girls” star is scheduled to give a sneak peek on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Wearing just a pair of black high heels, Lindsay has her hair is seen in big blonde curls falling around her shoulders and she is seen pouting into the camera with bright red lips, matching her seat and the curtains in the backdrop.

The chair’s iconic bunny ears and face strategically cover her private parts.

The “Mean Girls” star, who’s seen her share of legal troubles recently, reportedly received close to $1 million for the photo-shoot.

According to Lohan’s spokesperson, the pictorial “is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful.”

The troubled actress – who was released from jail yesterday (07.11.11) after serving just four-and-a half hours of a 30-day sentence – has posed naked for the iconic men’s magazine and its founder Hugh Hefner says it pays homage to her idol – who died in August 1962 aged 36 from a suspected drugs overdose.

She checked in late Sunday night and, due to overcrowding, was released after spending a little less than five hours at the facility.

The Playboy spread will not be Lohan’s first nude magazine photos. She appeared partially naked in New York magazine in 2008 for a piece referencing Marilyn Monroe’s famous 1962 shoot with photographer Bert Stern. Monroe also famously appeared as a Playboy centerfold.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan, 25, to report to jail by Wednesday and said she won’t be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring or any other early-release options.

Before she was sentenced, Lohan waived her rights to a hearing and admitted to violating the terms of her probation. The actress has run afoul of the law in cases involving drunken driving and shoplifting.

After Lohan is released from the clink, she’ll be on a strict schedule that includes community service at the Los Angeles morgue and regular psychotherapy sessions, Sautner said.

If Lohan plays ball, Sautner said she won’t have to serve an additional 270 outstanding days of jail time she’s facing. Lohan could be in the clear by March 29, according to the judge.

Sautner, who is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced since her first arrest in 2007, has expressed exasperation with the actress and California’s budget-strapped jail system.
“If jail meant something in the state of California now, maybe I’d put her in jail,” Sautner said at Lohan’s last court appearance.
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is advocating jail time for the actress, however spokesman Frank Mateljan declined to say Tuesday what sentence a prosecutor would seek.

Once Lohan completes her sentence (she’s not expected to serve a full 30 days because of jail overcrowding), she will be barred from leaving the state of California or the country unless it’s for work or to visit her family. Even under those circumstances, she will need authorization from her probation officer.

Lohan will plead her case to a judge next week during a status hearing. Still no word, though, on what the heck is going on with her teeth these days.
