Announcing the news in the latest edition of Us Weekly magazine,, Kourtney Kardashian saying she took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago.

“Now I’m nine weeks along,” she said. “You’re supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident.”

Kourtney & Kim Take New York begins with the news of Kris and Kim’s breakup, then flashes back to eight weeks earlier, as the newlyweds try to adjust to their new lives together. There was trouble from the beginning.

Kourtney said of the news: “Our sister is going through a difficult time but we’re a close family and are sticking together like always. Kim, we love you.
We appreciate everyone’s kindness and support.”

Khloe added: “I just want to thank all of our amazing fans for your unconditional love and support. My sister is going through a very difficult time and your kindness right now means the world to all of us. Kim, we love you more than anything.”

Kardashian explained, “I always say, ‘Know when’s the right time for your workout and commit to doing it.’ For me, I have to get up at 7 a.m. every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run. Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door.”

“Scott [Disick] just started going back and he wants me to go with him. My arms already look good from carrying a 25-pound baby around, but I plan to make them really toned.”

Ryan Seacrest, the executive producer of Keeping up with the Kardashians, confirmed the new show over Twitter.

Kim and Kourtney are doubly excited about the new NYC based show because it will enable them to get their newly opened DASH boutique in the city off to a flying start.

According to the New York Post, the two Kardashian sisters will be staying at Smyth Hotel during the filming of the show.

Kim arrived in New York with Kourtney, Scott Disick and their son Mason on Sunday, October 3.
