Kardashian, the reality TV mega-star who was featured in the sneaker maker’s racy Super Bowl commercial last year, has been dropped and will be replaced by a French bulldog.

The move comes about two months after Kardashian filed for a divorce from basketball star Kris Humphries. But Skechers executives insist that negative PR following the divorce filing has nothing to do with their decision. Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, also has a cameo in the new spot.

“Kim got us more attention than we ever dreamed,” says Leonard Armato, president of Skechers Fitness, who notes that Skechers is launching a high-tech running shoe business. “We have to establish Skechers as more than a lifestyle company.”

Kim, 31, looked far from miserable about her recent heartache as she glammed up for the occasion in a floor-length dress and no doubt asked the big man himself if he could just grant her a speedy divorce from Kris Humphries.

Kim Kardashian‘s holiday fragrance collection, which includes all three scents and predominantly features Love in the box set, is even called the Kim Kardashian Love Collection.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Love was created especially for her wedding to Kris Humphries and was given away at the reception as a wedding favor. Yikes…

According to TMZ, Kardashian claims Jaxson’s defamatory statements have hurt her reputation, and she is seeking a minimum of $200,000 in damages.

Though Jaxson says he worked for Kardashian from 2007 to 2009, TMZ reports the two only worked together on one project – a blog – years ago, and that Jaxson is now in violation of a signed confidentiality agreement.

“To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it,” wrote Jaxson, who added that many of his recent statements have been based on conversations with friends he and Kardashian share.

This is not the first time Jaxson has spoken out against the reality star.
In an interview on the “Elvis Duran Morning Show,” Jaxson said Kardashian had doubts about marrying Humphries before ever stepping foot down the aisle.

She knew weeks before getting married she didn’t want to do it,” he said. “She’s never gotten over [ex Reggie Bush].
“I married for love,” she wrote. “I can’t believe I even have to defend this.
