Johnny Depp has been named America’s Favorite Actor courtesy of a Harris Poll. Depp is apparently the favorite among women, Republicans and independents and people who identified themselves as either conservative or liberal.

Denzel Washington was dubbed the favorite actor among Democrats.

Johnny has been living in the house since late June with his longtime partner, actress/singer Vanessa Paradis, 37, and their children, Lily Rose, 11, and Jack, 8. Complete with an infinity pool, hot tub, game room, theater and gym, the very private family has no reason to leave the property — but they do occasionally escape to Jet-Ski, paddleboard and shop for souvenirs.

According to Cosmopolitan UK Johnny Depp, 45, takes the title of World’s Sexiest Man. Second was George Clooney, 47, and third, Jake Gyllenhaal, 27 rounding out the top three. Other notables that Depp beat out were Brad Pitt, Justin Timberlake, Will Smith, Daniel Craig and David Beckham.
