The 38-year-old “Project Runway” star tossed on a sexy Roberto Cavalli silk and lace dress for the Rankin shot front page while featured in a stylish spread and interviewing about family life, fashion and future goals.

The host and executive producer of Lifetime’s Project Runway is expected to file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as a early as next week, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.

Contrary to reports that surfaced Saturday, “They’ve been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now,” the source says. “They’re not divorcing.

The couple were married in Mexico in 2005 after having met the previous year.

They have three children together ages 6, 5, and 2 plus a 7 year old, from a previous relationship Klum had with Italian entrepreneur.

In the new ad, host and former Victoria’s Secret model Heidi Klum ditches her clothes and only sports a pink tie while using her “Make it work”-marked arm to cover her chest.

“This is definitely sexier than past campaigns we’ve done,” the 38-year-old tellsPeople magazine. “I guess you could say ‘Hans and Franz’ are celebrating season 9.”

The former Victoria’s Secret supermodel looked so wow wore a variety of bikinis over the weekend which showcased her rock hard abs and enviably toned figure.

Heidi Klum turned up for the 68th annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening (January 16).

Taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the “Project Runway” babe looked elegant as she worked the arrivals area alongside hubby Seal before heading inside for the swanky fete.

“The theme this year was brides and grooms,” a source tells UsMagazine.com. “All the guests wore black and white and dressed themselves up like brides and grooms. The minister was available to do vow renewals for anyone else who wanted them.”

Klum, 36, and Seal, 47, have made a tradition of renewing their vows every year. Last year, they had a “white trash”-themed ceremony, during which Klum wore her hair in cornrows and Seal sported a mullet (the officiant was even dressed as Elvis Presley).

“It’s our time – a lovely family time,” she recently told Redbook about their tradition. “It’s about remembering this moment of love we gave to each other and reinforcing it.”

She said renewing their vows also is something their kids, Leni, 6, Henry, 4, Johan, 3, and 7-month-old Lou, “have gotten accustomed to. It’s like, ‘Hey, Mom and Dad love each other and they get married every year!’”

The Fantastic Four actress will join Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia to help assess the remaining designers’ creations at the runway show.

Heidi Klum will be 3,000 miles away from her husband Seal on Valentine’s Day.

But Klum, who is taping Project Runway in NYC while her husband watches the kids in Los Angeles — is sending him a little something.

“I’m making a very fun box of heart things. Kind of like an explosion of things: confetti hearts with cute underwear and chocolates,” laughed Klum, 36, to UsMagazine.com. “It’s a fun surprise box for him.”

Heidi, who modeled for Victoria’s Secret just five weeks after giving birth to Lou last October, also said she doesn’t understand the preoccupation with women losing weight after pregnancy because it isn’t very difficult.

She told Us magazine, “Everything gets made into so much drama about how a woman has her weight like before. If you’re living your life, not sitting on the couch… a woman will go back to how she looked before she was pregnant.”

The lovely supermodel smiled in between posing for pictures as she readies to cheer on hubby Seal, who finds himself nominated for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for his tune “If You Don’t Know Me By Now”.

Heidi Klum has donned her editor’s cap for the June ’09 issue of Vogue Deutsch. The magazine pays tribute to the supermodel in all of its 140 pages, also guest-edited by Heidi. She collaborated with photographers, stylists, and the mag’s editorial team to develop the special edition.

“I love all the stories so much that I don’t favour any of them.” she said. “I grew up reading German Vogue and was really excited when they came to me with the idea for the ‘Heidi by VOGUE’ issue. It was a thrill working with the team of photographers, hair stylists, makeup artists and editors. We shot the entire issue in 1 week – it was a group effort!”

So, could a Heidi hold a future in magazines? “I would love the opportunity to be involved in a magazine like this again. I’m always up for a challenge!” she added

Seal announced the sex of his wife’s fourth baby on a taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show Friday afternoon.

“She can’t keep a secret,” Seal says, adding that his wife said he could start telling people they’re expecting a girl.

“We’re going to get married again,” Seal tells Oprah. “So this is going to be the fourth time, our fourth anniversary. The fifth time, and I’m not quite sure what the theme is.

“You know what my wife’s like,” he continues. “She’s always got some trick up her sleeve, but it’s going to be a good get-together, you know, lots of friends.”

The Project Runway host and Seal are raising Leni, 5 (dad is Italian businessman Flavio Briatore), Henry, 3, and Johan, 2.

The Supermodel tells Us Weekly magazine, “We’d be happy with either, but it would be a lie if I said we weren’t all hoping for a little girl – especially Leni, because she would love to have a little sister. She’ll say, ‘I hope it’s a girl so she can be in my room, and I’m going to help you and I’m going to change the diapers and I’m going to be a really good sister.’”

The special includes Jessica Simpson working at a computer repair store, Heidi Klum working at a pizzeria, Jeff Probst working a grocery store cash register, Ice-T hawking shoes, LeAnn Rimes waiting at a diner and Mario Lopez slinging hot dogs.
