Moviemakers are currently thinking of an idea to bring Nirvana frontman’s life story to the big screen with the help of his widow, Love, who will act as a project adviser, reports The Daily Star.

Love said in recent weeks that she would like either Ryan Gosling or James McAvoy to play her late husband, and named Johansson as her favourite to play her part.

Johansson hasn’t been approached for the project yet – but is ‘intrigued’ about the chances of playing the Hole frontwoman.

“I know that there is a script. That’s as much as I know about it. I’m a big fan of Courtney’s, and I think she’s very, very talented. But I don’t know anything about the project. I think the idea is interesting and intriguing, but I would have to really wrap my head around it,” she told MTV News.

Following the success of the show’s tribute to Madonna, which aired in the U.S. on Tuesday (20Apr10), Murphy admits he’s considering tackling Spears in a future episode.

He tells EW.com, “I’m interested in the Britney Spears idea. I’ve always loved her. I’m entertaining it. I think young kids would like that.”

The Madonna special, which featured the Glee cast performing the pop superstar’s songs, was a big hit among TV viewers – 13.5 million people tuned in to see the episode.

Last Friday temporary guardianship of Frances Bean was granted to her grandmother, Wendy O’Connor, and her aunt, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, who Frances lives with.

A court date is set for Jan. 5 to make the restraining order permanent. The restraining order may have something to do with Love’s ill-advised decision to face off with her daughter on Facebook . “I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this (bleep) has lost her position,” Love wrote. “She was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself . . . My daughter is not always honest.”

Courtney Love is being sued by credit card company American Express over alleged unpaid credit.

The company has filed court papers in Los Angeles, claiming that Love has “failed and refuse” to pay off the debt on her gold credit card. They are seeking damages and legal costs on top of the debt.

Love’s publicist said he had no immediate information on the suit, and had left a message with her attorney.

Courtney Love faces possible legal action after accusing socialite Kim Kardashian’s brother Rob of punching one of her gay employees.

In an angry rant on her MySpace page written on Wednesday (24Dec08), Love alleged that Kardashian’s brother Rob Jr. broke the nose of her employee while calling him a “faggot” in September (08).

Courtney Love writes: “Rob Jr. cold socked and punched my employee right in his face for no reason and broke his nose after my guy was hanging out with his pal Brody Jenner one night outside Hyde lounge.”

But Kim Kardashian hit back: “A lot of what she wrote doesn’t even make much sense and doesn’t follow a clear train of thought.

“At one point she says Brody was there too and that someone yelled discriminatory expletives against gay people, but I honestly can’t figure out who she is accusing because her writing is so bad.”

Kim Kardashian adds: “All I know is that both Brody and Rob didn’t do anything close to what Ms. Love has described… We will forward this terrible nonsense to our attorneys.”
