Stephanie Pratt has pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles court to the misdemeanour offence of driving under the influence of alcohol but is to enrol in a 30-day residential rehab facility.
People magazine reports that the ‘The Hills’ star was arrested in Hollywood last month.
If convicted Pratt faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
