According to Sunday Mirror Sienna Miller has finally agreed to marry lover Rhys Ifans… at the third time of asking.

The couple are now excitedly planning a summer wedding.

Notting Hill star Rhys, 39, launched his marriage campaign in August when he sent Sienna a cryptic message in Welsh, which read: “Marry the Misfit.”

He proposed again in December at Sienna’s 26th birthday party by hiding a ring in a pile of presents.

And pals say this time Sienna – who has been dating Rhys for a year and calls him her soulmate – has agreed.

The loved-up pair, who share Sienna’s pad in Notting Hill, London, are now looking for a home in Oxford and a cottage in Wales.

A source close to the pair said: “Rhys has admitted he and Sienna are getting married.

Everything is supposed to be hushhush, but Rhys is over the moon and finding it hard to keep quiet… he can’t believe she finally said yes.”

The ceremony is likely to include model Kate Moss and the rest of the so-called Primrose Hill set – Jude Law (Sienna’s cheating ex-fiance), Sadie Frost and Davinia Taylor.

Sienna’s best pal, Hollywood star Keira Knightley and her boyfriend Rupert Friend, will also make the guest list.

The source added: “Although Si and Rhys have a lot of famous friends, they will keep it low-key. They won’t be signing up to some magazine deal.”

The pair want to marry before Rhys relaunches his music career with his new band The Peth.

He briefly fronted Welsh group Super Furry Animals in the 1990s before they found success. A pal said: “His mates Noel Gallagher and Ronnie Wood have had a listen and are really impressed.

“Rhys has always wanted to be a rock star and Sienna shares his passion for music and partying. She’s told him she’ll be with him every step of the way.”

Sienna, currently in LA filming new movie, GI Joe with co-stars Dennis Quaid and Channing Tatum, has said: “I am in love – Rhys and I are the best of mates and life is going great.
