According to reports, Selma Blair enjoys being back with ‘Hellboy’ sequel.

Selma Blair, who starred as the pyrokinetic Liz Sherman, says her life didn’t change very much after all the hype from the role.

“I never read a ‘Hellboy’ comic book before the movie, but I loved the first ‘Hellboy’ and especially my fiery character,” says Blair, who’s now admittedly attached to a film franchise that’s garnering popularity from more than cult comic-book lovers.

“I think the cast of the first movie really viewed themselves as this underground group of misfit actors,” says Blair, who also appears in the film’s sequel “Hellboy II: The Golden Army,” which opens Friday.

She says, “After a four-year absence it was great to be back with everyone once again because we were a close knit group. We were like a family.”
