Scarlett Johansson’s engagement to boyfriend, Blade Trinity star Ryan Reynolds, was announced this morning.
The Hollywood star was all smiles as she walked the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala in New York.
Scarlett Johansson’s publicist Marcel Pariseau confirmed the 23-year-old actress and 31-year-old Canadian actor are engaged to be married.
“They’re both thrilled,” Pariseau told People.com.
The pair, who have been dating for a year, have not yet set a date for the wedding.
Sources told People.com that Johansson wanted to “show off her rock” at the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala in New York today.
Scarlett Johansson has previously been linked to several Hollywood hunks, including Josh Hartnett, Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto.
