Rihanna has been tapped to perform at an event dubbed “The VH1 Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash”. Other musicians signed up for the party include Patrick Stump-fronted band Fall Out Boy and Jason Wade-led group Lifehouse.

Hosted by “Obsessed” star Jerry O’Connell, “The VH1 Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash” is a part of Super Bowl XLIII pre-game festivities. Broadcast live from Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa, Florida on January 29 at 9 P.M. ET/PT, it will feature appearances from NFL players such as Buffalo Bills’ Marshawn Lynch, New England Patriots’ Matt Cassell and many more.
