The late ‘Clueless’ actress – who passed away aged 32 on December 20 2009 – left her entire estate to her mother Sharon Murphy, and nothing to British screenwriter Simon Monjack, it has been claimed.

Despite the snub, Simon is happy with the way his wife’s assets have been divided, insisting it was on his request that he was not named a beneficiary.
