Nicole Richie is a true triple threat in Hollywood – at least on the roads. When the stick-thin socialite earned her first D.U.I. early this morning in Burbank, she was:

1) driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway

2) chatting on her cell phone and

3) riding solo in the carpool lane!

California Highway Patrol says Richie – who was booked at 5′ 1″ and 85 pounds – admitted to taking Vicodin and smoking pot.

An alcohol screening device, however, indicated she had not been drinking. Richie was booked at 4:50 a.m. and released three hours later. TMZ.Com
