Nicole Kidman opens up about unhappy marriage to Cruise

Moulin Rouge actress and the Academy winning actress who had separated from Cruise in 2001 after a ten-year-long marriage said that during their relationship she felt it was her job to “be seen and not heard”.
“I felt I became a star only by association. We would go to the Oscars and I would think, ‘I’m here to support him’. I felt it was my job to put on a beautiful dress and be seen and not heard,” said the 41-year-old during an interview with Easy Living magazine.
