Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Buy New $4.7 Million Home

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban reportedly buy a new $4.7 million home for newborn daughter Sunday in Beverly Hills.

“It’s very modern with treetop and canyon views, and it has complete privacy,” the insider tells, which is four houses away from birthday girl Jessica Simpson’s home.

The house, which offers 4,100 square feet and features a pool and grassy backyard, also has an existing baby nursery that was done for a little boy, but “it can be easily changed for their little girl,” the source adds. “It is a very light home with floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of glass.”

Adds the source, “They’ve been looking for more than a year and finally decided this house was the one.”
