Friends insist the handsome star is so smitten with his teenage girlfriend that he’s planning a romantic proposal for later this year.
A pal tells In Touch magazine, “Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”
Ventimiglia, 31, and the 18-year-old actress met and fell in love on the set of hit drama “Heroes.” They have been dating since the beginning of the year.
