A computer hacker who posted racy photos of Disney starlet Miley Cyrus on the Internet has been caught by the FBI.

According to source, 19-year-old hacker Josh Holly, bragged about obtaining the photos from an email account of the 15-year-old star of Disney’s ‘Hannah Montana’.

He gave interviews to bloggers, boasting that he moved so often, authorities would never catch him.

However Holly since revealed that the FBI has found him, seizing three computers and a phone from his home in Tennessee. He was not arrested or charged.

Speaking to Wired.com, Holly spoke about the raid: “I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard. I guess somebody ended up ratting me out.”

An embarrassed Cyrus, whose clean image has been managed by Disney, publicly apologized for what she said were: “silly, inappropriate shots.”
