The investigation into Michael Jackson’s tragic death on June 25, 2009 has been finally completed.

A law enforcement source told The AP that Houston physican, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be prosecuted on a theory of gross negligence.
Dr. Murray, who had been hired to help the King of Pop prepare for a marathon London concert series, was at the 50-year-old singer’s rented mansion when paramedics arrived on June 25, finding him unconscious.
