Melissa Satta (born February 7, 1986) is an American-born Italian model and actress. She spent her youth in the island of Sardinia, land of origin of her parents. She was a showgirl in the Italian satirical series Striscia la notizia. She has appeared in Maxim magazine and was featured in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Her ex-boyfriend is retired Italian soccer player Christian Vieri.
