Mandy Moore At New Years Eve

Mandy Moore spent new years eve night joining a long list of celebrities partying in the New Year at The Raleigh Hotel in Miami, Florida.

Dressed in a cute pink dress with black straps, the License to Wed actress was in town for the Belvedere & Knights Head Presents New Years Eve festivities.

Throughout the evening, Mandy couldn’t stop laughing as she played with sparklers and spoke to the crowd as part of her hosting duties.

Joining Miss Moore for the South Beach shindig were stars including Chace Crawford, Elisha Cuthbert, Kimberly Stewart, Brody Jenner and Brittany Snow.
