According to TMZ, police got a call from Lilo’s home security company at around 3 PM pacific time on Tuesday saying the alarm had been tripped at her Los Angeles mansion. Police arrived to see evidence of a burglary including pry marks on the back door and tampering with a window, indicative of forced entry.

Although a preliminary review led them to believe that nothing was missing, the place was ransacked.
Police spokesperson Karen Reyner released a statement saying, “It was an attempted burglary. No property was taken and no one was home at the time of the incident.” Lindsay Lohan is currently in Paris with her sister, Ali Lohan.
