The tape is reported to feature her doing the honors on a mystery male, and it was recently offered to Hustler magazine for $165,000 by a budding entrepreneur who currently works as a waiter with a restaurant chain.
The gentleman was told he could not be paid for the tape because of copyright issues and advised to peddle it offshore in a country where IP would be interpreted as Indecent Photos, not Intellectual Property.
“This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors,” a source tells the Mirror.
“If and when it is released on the internet, via a spurious, unofficial website, there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it.”
