October 19, 2011: Lindsay Lohan Gets handcuffed durring her court appearance. She is back in court today in Los Angeles, California to update Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner on her progress on the requirements of her probation, stemming from a shoplifting conviction in May. A city prosecutor is recommending that Lohan be sent back to jail after being terminated from the Downtown Women’s Center where she was supposed to serve 360 hours of community service. Judge Sautner will also review two other aspects of Lohan’s probation, completion of a Shoplifters Anonymous course and enrollment in one-on-one psychological counseling sessions.
