Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper appeared together on Good Morning America to spread the message that women are contracting aids now faster than men.
Cyndi and Gaga are sharing spokesmodel duties as the newest faces of MAC’s “From Our Lips” campaign. Both singers will unveil their own new shade of lipstick — Viva Glam Gaga and Viva Glam Cyndi — on March 18. All proceeds from the sale of the products will support raising awareness about HIV/AIDS. Previous MAC Viva Glam spokesmodels include Fergie, Pamela Anderson, Christina Aquilera, Missy Elliot, and Chole Sevigny.
The Mac Viva Glam AIDS Fund has raised over $150 million since its introduction in 1994.
