Leading British Estate agent Knight Frank, who are Kate’s appointed agents to sell the property describe the three-bed house as a “charming, picturesque hideawayâ€.
Britain’s Mirror newspaper reports that 33-year-old Kate’s bedroom is pastel pink with polished wooden floorboards and a kingsize mahogany bed. There’s also an impressive walk-in wardrobe while downstairs is a huge open-plan kitchen diner.
Kate is said to be staying with pals, including Davinia Taylor and Rhys Ifans, while the sale goes through.
It is thought contracts have now been exchanged. Kate is reported to have bought a new house, also in St John’s Wood, North London, for $14 million.
