Jessica Simpson appeared via satellite from Kuwait this morning on the Today show, where she is performing the Operation MySpace concert for the troops.

Said the 27-year-old starlet: “I haven’t really gotten a lot of sleep! I’m enjoying all the troops and just having a blast! [I’ve] been signing autographs, done a couple rehearsals and [am] just trying to show my support as much as I can.”

It was clear that Jessica was very happy to be visiting the troops, but her delight did not compare to how happy the troops were to get a visit from Jessica.
