Jessica Alba says breastfeeding gets her paranoid. The expecting 26-year-old actress says she’s more afraid to breastfeed than to give birth.
The former Dark Angel star shares to Extra about a dream she recently had, “It had to do with breastfeeding which is the only thing I’m paranoid about. More than giving birth.”
Alba also says that her pregnancy is “quite a blessing and perfect timing” although the whole experience makes her feel more emotional.
“Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That’s not something I’m used to,” Alba says.
FHM’s 2007 Sexiest Woman in the World, who has been frequently spotted going in and out of a gym, says it’s important to stay in shape even while pregnant. “I try to eat as healthy as possible [and] exercise. As long as I don’t gain too much, too fast, that’s the key.”
Jessica Alba is engaged to Cash Warren, whom she met in 2004 while filming Fantastic Four.
