Seal and Heidi Klum are not headed for divorce court just yet.

The host and executive producer of Lifetime’s Project Runway is expected to file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as a early as next week, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.

Contrary to reports that surfaced Saturday, “They’ve been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now,” the source says. “They’re not divorcing.

The couple were married in Mexico in 2005 after having met the previous year.

They have three children together ages 6, 5, and 2 plus a 7 year old, from a previous relationship Klum had with Italian entrepreneur.
