Eva Longoria @ 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards - Arrivals, Los Angeles

Eva Longoria Parker has revealed that she is loving filming the next season of Desperate Housewives, which flashes forward five years.

“Oh my God, I love it, it’s so fun,” she said to E! on the red carpet at the 60th annual Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.

“You know, I get to wear a fat suit, that’s why I cut my hair for the show. It’s a lot of fun. It’s like a reset button for the whole show so all the storylines are really fresh and new. It’s great.”

Wearing a glitzy silver dress, the 33-year-old, who is presenting at the star-studded ceremony, arrived hand-in-hand with basketball star husband Tony Parker.

“It is different because he never gets to make these awards shows. And the last time we came to the Emmys, we were so late that we missed the whole red carpet,” she revealed.

“There was a bomb scare just outside so they stopped all the limos and we had to walk. Felicity (Huffman) and I, as we drove together.”

Eva added: “I’m presenting with all the girls – all six of us as Dana Delany is now on our show, so there will be six of us on stage. It’s going to be amazing.”
