Emma Watson is in talks with London based Fairtrade partner People Tree to launch a teenage clothing line later this year, reports UK’s Daily Mail.
The Harry Potter star, wants the range to have a ‘casual rock feel’ and is planning a promotional photo shoot this month with model Tafari Hinds.
Emma Watson, who has studiously cultivated an image of a style icon, sees fashion as an extension of art, which she studied in school.
“I’ve been focusing on art a lot, and fashion’s a great extension of that,” she says.
“Acting is always going to take priority, but she’s keen to branch out,” says a source.
