Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Mischa Barton and Vanessa Hudgens reportedly are among a host of female celebrities who have designed T-shirts for their favorite charities.

The ladies have all created her own “Spread the Love” T-shirt with designers at Los Angeles based fashion line 2 LOVE. The shirts will be sold for $50 each.

A portion of the shirts’ proceeds will be donated to the star’s chosen cause. Cyrus’ design will benefit the 1736 Family Crisis Center and profits from Alba’s creation will go to help the StepUp Women’s Network.

Alba says, “I had a blast being creative and designing this tee shirt, and I know whenever I see these tees on women, I’ll be reminded to ‘Spread the Love’!”

Actress Alyssa Milano has also put her creative talents on display for the charity drive, and she is donating her T-shirt’s proceeds to the United Nations Children’s Fund, of which she is an ambassador.

She tells People.com, “I love the idea behind 2 LOVE clothing. It is fun to mix fashion and charity. The cute tank makes a statement, and helps UNICEF increase public awareness of the challenges facing the world‚s children and create positive change around the globe.”

Zac Efron, Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens have made it onto Forbes magazine’s 2008 top paid teens’ list - proving that in the world of showbiz they’ve definitely made it.

An insider tells In Touch Weekly, “For the first two HSM movies that aired on Disney Channel, the cast all made about the same.

“Now that HSM 3 is headed for the big screen, all of their salaries went up, but no one made more than $3 million.”

Zac reportedly doesn’t want to appear in another sequel unless he is paid $8 million.

The teen heartthrob is said to have earned the most for this instalment, with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens making considerably less thanks to that nude photo scandal.

Pop Tarts Vanessa Hudgens has obtained documents filed on Monday in the Los Angeles Superior Court in which her former producer/manager Johnny Viera says he wants $5 million of her fortune.

Viera claims that he and Hudgens entered a financial agreement back in May 2005 to launch her career and go 50/50 on her earnings. But after the enormous success of “High School Musical,” Viera says she gave him the boot and although they came to a settlement agreement, Ness hasn’t been paying her way.

But according to her Vanessa’s father, Greg Hudgens, Viera has a “predatory nature” and the Disney dad has been trying to set up a Web site or phone line to stop more “unsuspecting talent” from falling victim to his ways.

Vanessa Hudgens is on the latest edition of Teen Vogue, and she’s talking about graduating from “High School Musical.”

Hudgens on life after “HSM”:
“I don’t want to do something that messes me up mentally,” Vanessa explains. “I think people just don’t realize that sometimes actors can really take it in and become that person.”

Vanessa on the relationships formed during her Disney run:
“It’s sad,” she says. “This is our last time doing a movie together, and we love each other so much.” “We really grew up together. We can be free when we’re around one another, and the amount of fun we have is ridiculous.”

On her real life romance with Zac Efron:
“I keep my relationship quiet,” Vanessa says. “I think that works.”
