Eva Longoria is not pregnant, her husband Tony Parker tells OK! Magazine.

Rumors swirled for the umpteenth time earlier this month when the Desperate Housewives actress was captured sporting a loose-fitting dress, but Tony says that’s nothing to get worked up over. In fact, fatherhood is the furthest thing from his mind at the moment.

“I’m not thinking like that right now,” he says.

For her part, Eva, 33, hasn’t been shy about her maternal desires, but has stated she doesn’t want to start a family just yet — a sentiment her San Antonio Spur echoes.

“Maybe one day [we'll have kids],” Tony Parker says.

The San Antonio Spurs star, Tony Parker sued X17online.com on Wednesday in Superior Court, alleging it posted a series of “false and defamatory” stories claiming Parker cheated on his wife, actress Eva Longoria. He’s seeking at least $40 million in damages.

“This is false. It never happened. And X17 had to know that the story was false, or, at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source,” the lawsuit said.

The lawsuit also alleged that X17 never contacted Parker, Longoria or their representatives before running the stories, and refused to retract them after being told the claims were false.

An after-hour call to X17′s Beverly Hills office was not immediately returned.

Last week, the Web site posted a story that said the model Alexandra Paressant told X17 that she had a two-month affair with Parker. The story said Paressant told X17 she attended Parker’s wedding last summer, where the French soccer star Thierry Henry introduced her to the basketball star.

Parker is seeking damages for defamation and invasion of privacy. The lawsuit seeks a court injunction ordering X17 to stop publishing the stories.

Last week, Tony Parker and Eva Longoria defended their marriage .

“I love my wife,” Parker said in a statement from Longoria’s spokeswoman, Liza Anderson. “She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

‘Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria has rejected reports in the media that her husband Tony Parker cheated on her with a model.

Speaking to People magazine, the couple stressed they had been very happy together since their marriage this July.

Basketball star Parker said: “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

The statement from the couple comes after model Alexandra Paressant told a celebrity website she had an affair with NBA star Parker after meeting him at the couple’s wedding.

Paressant claimed Barcelona footballer Thierry Henry had introduced them to each other and said they later had a brief fling in the French capital Paris.

She also told the website Parker was not committed to Longoria and was still a playboy at heart.

Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoe officiated and gave a speech saying how happy he was that they were married in the City of Light, said the mayor of Paris’ 4th District, Dominique Bertinotti.

Eva Longoria, showed up first in a white stretch limo, wearing a way-above-the-knee pink Chanel dress with striped black and white straps. She was accompanied by about eight guests in cream, pink and purple dresses. She turned, smiled and waved for the crowd of waiting photographers and reporters who were kept well back behind two rows of police barriers.

Longoria then changed into a short white dress for the ceremony, said Bertinotti — whose office acted as the dressing room.

Tony Parker, the 25-year-old San Antonio Spurs star who was born in Belgium and grew up playing basketball in France, arrived about 10 minutes later in a gray minivan, wearing a dark suit. He went straight in without waving. French soccer star Thierry Henry was in his group.

In between, other guests arrived in a Humvee stretch limo.

The ceremony, in a room with blue-and-white trimmed walls, a French flag and a portrait of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, lasted about 45 minutes. Bertinotti said there was a small reception afterward that also lasted about 45 minutes.

French law requires couples who marry to make their vows official at a city hall, even if they have a church wedding as well.

Parker translated Delanoe’s speech into English for the guests, who numbered about 40.

The couple left in a black Mercedes sedan with tinted windows.

They were thought to be planning a second wedding ceremony Saturday at a Paris church that used to serve French royals. Then, they and their guests were to party at Vaux-le-Vicomte, a 17th century chateau 34 miles southeast of Paris.

In an interview with Le Parisien published Friday, Parker said he was eager to have kids.

“That would be even better than my NBA titles, even if I don’t compare private life and sports,” he told the newspaper. “Eva talks to me about it all the time. I’d like to have girls, because I come from a world of boys.”

Eva flew into the French capital on Monday and the following day she and two girlfriends visited the clerical staff at St. Germain L’Auxerrois. The church is known as the “Parish of Kings” because of its historic affiliation and its position next to the Louvre Museum.

The three women had lunch and then relaxed with some retail therapy at Left Bank’s Yves St. Laurent, Lola and Christian Lacroix boutiques.

Eva, 32, then had dinner with her future mother-in-law Pamela Firestone, and Tony’s younger brother T.J. at two-star restaurant Apicius. The group enjoyed lobster ravioli, asparagus salad, veal and vanilla soufflé.

Eva Longoria will become a “desperate housewife” in real life when she marries beau Tony Parker this July.

The couple have finally set a wedding date and have chosen the 7th of July to say ‘I Do’.

As for why they are waiting till the seventh, well it seems that Longoria and her basketballer beau believe that their wedding day, 07-07-07, is a lucky number for them.

“Tony is extremely superstitious and thinks that 07-07-07 is the day most lucky to get married on,” Us Weekly quoted a source, as saying.

The wedding will take place at the Chateau de Chantilly in Parker’s native France, and Longoria, will be travelling there in February with her event planner Mindy Weiss to finalize details for the reception.

However, Longoria’s rep told the mag that the actress was still working out the details.

“She’s still working out the details. Nothing is confirmed,” the rep said.

Longoria and Parker announced their engagement late last year (06), two months after briefly splitting up.
