He was amazing. The chemistry between these two characters was so important. We really fell in love with these characters. Will, towards the end, hated Ben. I continued to fall in love with Emily, but really started getting over Ben. That was really interesting to work through. He was incredibly gracious and amazing throughout, up until that point when he was really resisting and fighting being this person. And ultimately that’s because Ben was fighting who he was as well. I was very grateful for someone to be working with someone as committed and as great of an actor as Will is.

The Sin City star, Rosario Dawson, admits she has always been keen to adopt because she is adopted herself – and now that yearning is greater than ever.

She tells Latina magazine, “That idea has stayed in the back of my head, but lately, I’ve been thinking about it more.
”My mother and grandmother are extraordinary women, and they’re getting older. It struck me recently that one day I might be sitting around with my children, going ‘Your grandma was an amazing woman; I really wish you could’ve known her.’
“That makes me sad ‘cause it would be a waste to not have these people know each other. Whatever time I have, I want it.”

Rosario Dawson also is making plans to start a family because she can’t imagine her kids growing up without knowing her mother and grandmother.

Jessica Alba’s newest role is that of a mother, but she’ll also be something more for her new daughter, a former costar says.

“She’ll be really attentive and really strong and she’ll be a great role model,” actress Rosario Dawson told PEOPLE at the Cinevegas Honorees Reception in Las Vegas on Friday. “She’s very smart and I like that about her.”

Dawson, who starred in Sin City with Alba and was being honored at the movie festival with the “Half Life” award, said she has already congratulated the new mother, and called Honor Marie Warren “a beautiful little girl.”

“I don’t know what people think about her on the outside or what their impression is, but Jessica is very strong and a very powerful woman,” says Dawson.

As for who will rule with an iron fist, Dawson says, “She’ll probably be the disciplinarian more than Cash. I can definitely see that.”

Colin Farrell was left with a real black eye after challenging Rosario Dawson to a fight on the set of 2004 movie ‘Alexander’.

The pair were shooting a battle scene, and Farrell asked Dawson to make it as realistic as possible.

She reveals: “He was all, ‘C’mon, you can hit me.’ I said, ‘All right, but I’m from New York, you know. Be careful what you ask for.’ So I smacked him, and pow!”

When asked if she’d date someone who did not live a green existence, she said: “I’d probably have a really huge problem with that. I am that person who turns lights off every time I walk out of a room.”

“[Rosario] was telling people a few weeks ago that they’re over. She’s really upset,” a source tells Us Weekly.

As recently as October 23, the couple were videotaped by TMZ enjoying an extended hug outside an L.A. restaurant. The Web site called it “one of the longest celebrity hugs ever caught by a paparazzo’s lens.” The site added, “It’s nice to see young actors so clearly nuts about each other.”

 

 

No word yet on why the couple called their relationship off. However, in March 2006, Dawson confided to Britain’s Culture magazine that the attention her boyfriend gets from other women can be difficult to handle.

“Every time we go to a party, Jason is soon surrounded by a group of women of all ages,” she said. “They openly put their hands all over him – even between his legs – and ask him out. I am sitting there alongside him, watching all this.”
