Naomi Campbell has insisted she’s not a bad person and that she does more good than bad for the world.

Speaking at the This Day Africa Rising gig in Nigeria recently, she told the Mirror recently that she ignores it when people only focus on the bad: “I’m not a bad person. When people say all these negative things about me, I ignore them.

“I’m blessed to be able to do charitable work and good things but no one focuses on that because I don’t throw it in people’s faces. That’s why they focus on the negatives.”

A London Metropolitan Police spokesman said a woman was arrested at the terminal for an assault on police, but refused to disclose her identity or give her age.

The spokesman spoke on condition of anonymity in line with force policy.

BAA PLC, the company that runs Heathrow, did not immediately return a call seeking comment Thursday.

British Airways PLC, the terminal’s sole occupant, referred questions to BAA.

Campbell, a British fashion model, has a history of getting physical with assistants and employees, and has attended an anger management program.

In 2000, Campbell pleaded guilty in Toronto to an assault charge for beating an assistant while making a film in Canada in 1998. Under an agreement with prosecutors, Campbell expressed remorse and was released without punishment or a criminal record.

In January 2007, Campbell pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for throwing her mobile phone at her maid in a dispute over a missing pair of jeans.

Naomi Campbell has been hospitalized in Brazil, after suffering from a mystery infection, according to reports.

Foxnews.com claims the supermodel is being treated by an infectious disease specialist in a Sao Paulo hospital.

Campbell, 37, has been in the South American country for the past few weeks, after attending the Rio De Janeiro Carnival, reportedly as the guest of Brazilian billionaire Marcus Elias.

Naomi Campbell threw a huge tantrum at an airport yesterday after she wasn’t allowed to board her flight.

The supermodel – who recently had to attend anger-management classes – turned up 11 minutes before her flight was due to take-off from London’s Heathrow and demanded to be let on.

Onlookers claim the 37-year-old star stamped her feet and whined: “You have to let me on. Come on.”

British Airways staff said she was too late but did offer to let her travel without her luggage and send her bags on a later flight.

But Naomi yelled: “You are joking. You are always losing bags and I don’t trust you with mine in a million years.

“I can’t believe you won’t allow ME on your flight. What is this? Who must I speak to?”

A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “When BA staff explained she was too late, she exploded and stamped her foot. There was a tirade of abuse.”

Naomi – who arrived in chauffeur driven car at 13.29 even though her flight to New York was due to take off at 13.40 – was offered a seat on a later BA flight, but she reportedly stormed off.

Last night, a spokesman for Naomi insisted there was no problem with her getting a flight, saying: “She is in the air at the moment, travelling to New York on business. We are not aware of any incident.”
