The 41-year-old Australian superstar who finishes her American tour in New York today October 13 said, “I can keep a much lower profile, which is enjoyable. And then if someone’s looking at me, I’m like, ‘Why are they staring at me? What’s wrong? Have I got something on my face?’ ”

Kylie is now planning to spend more time in America after being offered a Las Vegas residency.

Kylie Minogue has revealed the secret to her ever-youthful appearance – she’s admitted having Botox in a bid to hold back the years.

The Spinning Around hitmaker’s stunning appearance hasn’t changed over her 20 year career – despite turning 40 earlier this year.

But the singer confesses it is isn’t without a little bit of help.

Minogue tells Elle magazine, “I’m definitely not one of those people who says, ‘You shouldn’t do this.’ Everyone individually can do what they want.

“I’m preferring to be a lot more natural these days. I’ve tried Botox, I’ve tried all (kinds of things).”

Kylie Minogue is preparing for her Middle East debut as the headline act at the lavish opening of an exclusive Dubai hotel.
Making her red-carpet entrance to reportedly the most expensive private party ever staged – a $35 million soiree at Atlantis, The Palm – Minogue confessed to a few pre-performance nerves.

“I am nervous,” Minogue told Sky News.

Wearing a pretty black and pink floral dress with shoe-string straps and her hair in a soft, wavy bob, Minogue said she would perform a specially crafted set list, different to that of her current KylieX2008 world tour.

“I’m hoping that I’m not so programmed that I’ll go into totally the wrong song,” she said.

Minogue admitted to being blown away by her luxurious surroundings.

“I’ve never been here before,” she said.

“I spoke to a few people before coming here, saying in general conversation that I’m going to Dubai, and it seemed to be a bit of a buzz-word, a lot of people were talking about it and no one could really explain it.

“It’s really staggering. The airport – my God – the airport – marble floor and glittering columns. I guess more is more here and they’ve done a great job.”

British media reported in September that Minogue would receive $4.4 million to entertain the 2000 guests at the opening of the hotel on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah.

Also on the invite list were Charlize Theron, Sarah, Duchess of York, Agyness Deyn, Dame Shirley Bassey, Robert De Niro, Janet Jackson, the Dubai Royal Family and Lily Allen.

Atlantis is a 1,539 room, ocean-themed resort located at the centre of the crescent of the man-made Palm Jumeirah island, costing 1.5 billion dollars.

Kylie Minogue has denied rumours that she has rekindled her romance with actor Olivier Martinez.

Speaking at the launch of her new bed linen range, the 39-year-old singer dismissed media speculation that she was planning to start a family with Martinez.

Kylie Minogue said: “I had dinner with my ex-boyfriend and next thing I know there’s a debate about whether we’re having a family.”

“We didn’t even talk about that. As I’ve maintained, we’re friends,” she said.

The rumours began after the singer was pictured at Martinez’s apartment last Sunday.

The pair were later spotted walking back to Minogue’s hotel.

The pint sized pop star took to the stage to celebrate the start of 2008 two days after being awarded an OBE for services to music.

She finished by performing her latest single Two Hearts and a special version of her eighties hit I Should Be So Lucky.

Minogue performed on BBC 2 show Jools’ Annual Hootenanny in front of a celebrity audience including Doctor Who star David Tennant, comedian Lenny Henry and soul singer Beverley Knight.
