Speaking to Us Weekly, she said: “I literally met John one time for five minutes.

“I am single, I’ll tell you that. I’m 22. Why have a boyfriend? I’m having fun.”

Mayer, who previously romanced Jennifer Aniston, poked fun at the speculation in a recent string of messages posted on his Twitter account.

She told Usmagazine.com she usually has “eggs and fruit for breakfast” and tries to schedule chicken and salad for lunch, but the actress admits to a busy schedule getting in the way of healthy eating, leading to extreme weight loss for the star.

Cavallari says her new MTV reality telvision show is keeping her busy promoting on the road, limiting her opportunities to “sit down and pig out.”

To say on top of her duties and keep energy levels high, Cavallari relies on on-the-go food choices like energy bars or protein shakes.

Cavallari told Usmagazine.com. “I’m not normally like that. It’s only been the past month. I have low energy and I get headaches a lot. I need to be better about it.”

And for her workout regime? That’s gone to scrap too. Cavallari admitted to working out only once in the last month.

“I did some lunges and push ups in my hotel room [before presenting at the MTV VMAs],” Usmagazine.com quoted the star as saying. “I’ve been a little stressed out. It’s terrible, but stress can make you lose weight I guess.”

“Yes, Brody and I broke up,” said Cavallari. “It’s just hard right now because I am working all the time. We’re still good friends though.”

The off-and-on couple, who met through Laguna Beach costar Talan Torriero, originally broke up in the fall, but got back together shortly afterward.

In between spending time with Jenner, (the son of Olympian Bruce Jenner), Cavallari was spotted several times with Nick Lachey, but friends told the relationship was “not anything serious.”

In March, Cavallari described her romance with Jenner, a Guess model who starred in The Princes of Malibu, as her “first mature relationship. ”

“He’s good-looking and he makes me laugh for hours,” she said

Cavallari, who shot to fame on Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, recently wrapped her film Fingerprints, and is now shooting Spring Breakdown, both slated for release next year.
