To shed the weight, Khloe enlisted the help of sister Kim and worked out about 45 minutes a day, five days a week, and maintained a balanced, practical diet.

As a result, she shed 20 pounds from her 5-foot-9 frame over four weeks! Kim has since released her own workout video line, “Fit in Your Jeans by Friday”, which is a fitness top seller.

“I finally feel I’ve reached my goal!” Kim tweeted. The 5’2″ Kardashian recently revealed that she lost almost 10 pounds this year, slimming down from 125 to 114 lbs.

“I’m the skinniest I’ve ever been,” she said. “I stepped on the scale, and it said I was 114 pounds. I always weighed 120, 125; I was shocked.”

Kim Kardashian lost weight by cutting back on junk food and working out 3-5 times a week. In addition to cardio and light weight-lifting, Kim does lots of lower-body exercise to keep her thighs and butt toned.

Kim Kardashian is said to have rekindled her romance with basketball beau Reggie Bush.

The couple parted ways in July after rumours of both cheating were doing the rounds.

However, Bush was Kim’s date at sis Khloe’s wedding in Los Angeles on Sunday, along with his parents.

“Kim and Reggie spent a few months apart getting their priorities together and figuring out who they were as individuals, so they can make it work together,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.

Kim Kardashian took to her blog this morning to talk about Michael Jackson’s Memorial which she attended with her family. She described it as the most touching memorial she had ever been to and found the performances of Mariah Carey, Usher, and Jennifer Hudson to be the most special and heartfelt.

On her blog, she writes:

The Michael Jackson memorial was the most touching memorial I have ever been to. People from all over the world flew in to witness such a musical icon be laid to rest. It was emotional from the start! The Jackson brothers carried Michael out all wearing one rhinestone glove. Every appearance was so special and heartfelt, from Mariah Carey, to Usher to Jennifer Hudson. You could tell that every performer had a hard time holding back tears.

I think the entire Staples Center started crying when Michael’s daughter Paris spoke on stage. She really wanted to say some words about her father and I think it was very courageous and brave for an 11 year old to speak in front of so many people. I watched it again on TV when I got home, but there was nothing like the energy in that room. There was laughter and tears and every emotion. You could literally feel the love. Everyone was united in the same room for the same reason, to celebrate Michael’s life and achievements. I’ll never forget it.

Michael will be missed but will live on forever!
