Katharine McPhee has been named as the new spokesperson for Neutrogena.

The American Idol finalist has signed a two-year endorsement deal with the skincare brand to become the new flawless face of their anti-acne product range.

“We are delighted to confirm that actress-singer Katharine McPhee is working with Neutrogena on an innovative new project that brings consumers the next generation of skincare,” a spokesperson from the company told E!

The 24-year-old singer joins the ranks of other beautiful young ladies such as Jennifer Garner, Hayden Panettiere, Mischa Barton, Vanessa Hudgens and Jennifer Love Hewitt, who have all endorsed Neutrogena in the past.

Katharine, who tied the knot to Nick Cokas in February, has already shot the first ads in Los Angeles last week, which are expected to be shown from May.

She has also announced that she is starting work on a second album, which will feature collaborations with Canadian songwriter David Foster.

It was wedding bells for Katharine McPhee this weekend. The “American Idol” finalist swapped vows with her producer boyfriend this weekend, reports E! News. E! and People first got wind of the quietly planned wedding, which took place in Beverly Hills. McPhee, 23, married Nick Cokas, 42.

People quoted McPhee as describing Cokas as “…the love of my life,” and that Saturday’s wedding was “… a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect.” The pair met while putting on a play in Los Angeles.

McPhee has appeared on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” and “Live With Regis and Kathie Lee.” Other than “American Idol,” IMDB lists her as having had roles in “Mother Goose Parade.” McPhee will also be seen in “I Know What Boys Like,” which is currently in post-production.

Actually no, Katharine was photographed on the set of her new movie “House Bunny,” where she plays a knocked up college sorority girl in her feature film debut.

Apparently her faux baby bump needed a little maintenance as she took a squeegee to it following a car wash scene.

As it turns out, the prosthetic preggers prop is a Hollywood hand-me-down.

According to People magazine, the fake belly was once worn by Nicole Kidman.

“I tried on Nicole Kidman’s belly,” McPhee told People. “And they said, ‘Oh, this one fits perfectly. We don’t need to try any more.’ I was so happy, because I didn’t have to sit through hours of prosthetic fitting.”

Shooting in LA, “House Bunny” also stars Rumer Willis and Anna Faris.

The film follows the adventures of a Playboy bunny named Shelley (played by Faris) who gets tossed out of the mansion and winds up with the sorority girls of Zeta Tau Zeta at the local college campus.

Count Katherine McPhee among the myriad pop stars who are hoping for a film career, too: The American Idol runner up will co-star with Anna Faris (Scary Movie) in an untitled comedy, which Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison will produce. The movie stars Faris as a Playboy bunny who gets evicted from the House of Hef and then stumbles into the job of den mother to the lamest sorority on a nearby college campus. McPhee, who described herself as ”funny and silly” in her American Idol profile, will play one of those sorority girls. Sony is reportedly aiming for a late summer start date.

She said that “I was prematurely developed. As a freshman I looked like a junior; I had boobs. Some of the older kids saw me in the yearbook and said I was cute.”

Then she went on to talk about settling down she said that “I want to have, like, 15 babies. I’ve always wanted to be pregnant. One year for Halloween, I decided to be pregnant, so I got this nun costume, and I put a big belly under it. I showed my parents and said I want to go to school as a pregnant nun. My dad sat me down and said, “Katharine, you can’t!”
