Jay-Z imagines his audience naked when he performs live. The rapper - who headlined the main stage at Glastonbury festival last month - doesn’t care how many people he plays in front of because they are all nude in his head.

He joked: “They’re just people. Don’t matter if it’s 11 people or 11,000. I just imagine them naked.” Jay-Z - who is married to singer Beyonce - also revealed he was shocked by the size of the site for the Glastonbury music event.

Jay-Z must have just discovered that watermelons vaguely resemble breasts. According to U.K. magazine Female First, he demanded that a watermelon be carved into the shape of wife Beyonce Knowles’ breasts during his stay in Africa.

Jay-Z had the watermelon sculpture delivered to his $5,000 per night hotel room after his performance at the third annual Thisday Africa Rising Music Festival.

“One giant watermelon was split in two and ornately carved into a mold of Beyonce’s breasts,” a source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper. “Two cherries were used as nipples.”

Jay-Z is set to follow in the footsteps of wife Beyonce Knowles by appearing on the silver screen, Contact Music said.

The hip-hop star is considering a career in the film industry once his record contract comes to an end.
He says, “I want to get into the movie business. I love films and that’s why I feel I would do a good job.
“My recording contract runs out after two more albums. Who knows what I will do after that.”
Knowles has appeared in hit movies Dreamgirls, The Pink Panther and Austin Powers in Goldmember.

Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z will marry on Friday night (04Apr08) at the rap mogul’s New York apartment, according to sources close to the couple.
Workers have been spotted setting up an event inside a block in the city’s TriBeCa neighbourhood, where rapper Jay-Z owns a luxury home.
A marquee has been erected on a terrace at the building, and elegant bouquets of white flowers and candelabras have been delivered.
It’s rumoured just 30 people will be present at the all-white ceremony, including close family members and Knowles’ Destiny’s Child bandmates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams - who are known to be in New York.
Jay-Z’s pals Kanye West and Pharrell Williams are also expected to be among the wedding party.
The date is very special for the couple - four is a number close to both bride and groom. Jay Z was born on 4 December 1969 and Knowles was born on 4 September 1981.
The rapper - real name Shawn Carter - also owns a nightclub franchise called 40/40 and he and Knowles are rumoured to have matching ‘IV’ tattoos on their ring fingers.
The couple is also planning a second wedding celebration in France on 4 May (08), according to reports.
Their producer pal Dallas Austin says, “It’s about time. I think it’s great that they’re getting married.”
As WENN went to press, Beyonce’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland arrived at the building, dressed in a white gown, minutes before Jay-Z’s pals Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Beyonce’s mother and father, Tina and Mathew Knowles, her sister Solange and Jay-Z’s mother have also arrived at the TriBeCa apartment block, where the nuptials appear to be imminent.

After joining Kanye West on stage for a surprise performance in England on December 2nd, Jay-Z headed to the Hotel Meurice in Paris where his longtime “bootylicious” girlfriend joined him for a quiet day of rest and relaxation.

Jay-Z has been known for staging elaborate birthday celebrations in the past but this year opted for a more private affair, spending most of the day in his hotel suite.

According to sources, Beyonce Knowles took time to hit the hotel’s luxury spa before the couple took a romantic limo ride around the city ending at the popular L’Avenue restaurant for dinner.

After a late dinner, Jay-Z and Beyonce headed over to the famed Crazy Horse cabaret where they sipped champagne and watched nude dancers run through the club’s latest show, “Forever Crazy.”

Jay-Z and Beyonce have been linked together since their collaboration on Jay-Z’s 2002 song “03 Bonnie and Clyde,” but the two continue to try and keep their romantic relationship out of the public spotlight.
