Britney Spears’ 17-year-old sister Jamie Lynn is expecting her second child, US media reports claim.

Jame Lynn, who gave birth to her first child, Maddie Briann, in June, is apparently eight weeks pregnant.

An unnamed source told the National Enquirer that she and her mother, Lynne, were left “hysterical” after she took a pregnancy test.

“Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out,” the source said.

“Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding.

“Lynne was livid when she found out.”

The reports coincide with Jamie Lynn’s appearance on the cover of the US edition of OK Magazine.

Jamie Lynn Spears has taken to doing what any good first time mom would do — making sure her brand new daughter has everything she needs.

Britney Spears’ sister tells OK! that being away from the shining lights of Hollywood is making it all easier to learn the ins and outs of first-time motherhood. “Around here, everyone has the same focus,” Jamie Lynn tells the magazine. “The focus is family, and that’s a good way to live.”

She opens up about everything — from taking parenting classes to life inside the new home she shares with Maddie and boyfriend Casey Aldridge, to her first experience with labor pains.

“They’d told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed.”

The 17-year-old gave birth via Caesarean section at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in MCComb, Mississippi. The baby girl weighed seven pounds, 11 ounces (3.5 kilograms).
A source tells U.S. magazine People, “Just the family was there” at the time of the 9:30am birth, adding big sister Britney’s presence “made a big difference”.
Maddie Briann is the first child for Spears and her 19-year-old fiance Casey Aldridge, a pipe layer.

The Zoey 101 actress, 17, is reported to have checked into the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in MCComb, Mississippi at 4am local time on Thursday, where she welcomed the unnamed tot, according to The National Enquirer.
And the Toxic singer was on hand to help – she was snapped arriving at the hospital early that morning.
The baby is Jamie Lynn and her fiance Casey Aldridge’s firstborn.

The 17 year old has been joined by sister Britney Spears near the family home in Louisiana.

Teen Jamie Lynn is expected to have a caesarean after complications with the pregnancy at the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Centre.

The star of Zoey 101 is expecting a baby girl fathered by her 19 year old fiancée Casey Aldridge.

But in spite of all the outside pressure on them, it was nothing but good times for the Spears sisters when they reunited on May 2 for the Zoey 101 star’s baby shower.

“It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her and just be girls again,” Jamie Lynn told OK! in an exclusive interview about seeing her sister for the first time in months. “We painted our nails and did stupid stuff.”

Even better, explains Jamie Lynn, was that she was able to have some one-on-one time with Brit: “To be able to be in the privacy of our own home and just be sisters again was wonderful.”

Mother-of-two Britney even shared some words of wisdom with her pregnant sibling. “She told me, ‘There are going to be some long nights, but it is completely worth it,’”

Star’s source that when the Spears family matriarch showed her seven-months-pregnant 17-year-old daughter a video of a real natural childbirth, Jamie Lynn threw up!

“Lynne was trying to be helpful,” a source tells Star. “She wanted to show Jamie Lynn what a woman goes through giving birth, that it’s a natural and beautiful thing, but all Jamie Lynn saw was the blood — or ‘goop,’ as she called it — the screaming and the pain. It was too graphic for her. She flipped out and literally got sick.”

Now Jamie Lynn is totally freaked out. “She is wondering if a C-section is possible,” the source adds. “She wants to be knocked out and then wake up when it’s all over.”

Pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears has been showing off her engagement ring from fiancé Casey Aldridge, the father of her baby, a source told People magazine.

Spears, 16, has been flashing the rock to friends and family around Louisiana and Mississippi, the source close to her family said.

“She’s got an engagement ring,” the source said. “She’s been showing it off, talking about it.”

Spears and her 18-year-old fiancé are expecting the baby this summer.
