Heidi Klum may not have won any gongs but sexy Heidi Klum stole the show at Sunday’s Emmy Awards when she stripped down to almost nothing on stage.

The German supermodel opened the show with a sketch in which William Shatner (‘Star Trek’) and three other actors peeled her clothes off until she was left in nothing but a glittering pair of hotpants. But afterwards there was only disappointment for Heidi, who came away empty-handed despite being nominated twice for her reality show ‘Project Runway’.

Heidi Klum appeared on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien.” Conan was very interested in some of the tidbits Heidi revealed about her professional life.

Apparently, Heidi’s legs are insured, strangely enough, for different amounts. Conan joked that he’d love to be the guy who had the job of inspecting her legs after she mentioned that someone indeed does just that.

Better yet, Heidi informed Conan that there’s even a “body oiler” out there. His job is to “oil up” supermodels.

Heidi Klum is the hostess of “Project Runway”, a show that puts the spotlight on potential supermodels. Heidi says she has no sympathy for the girls who cry on the show. She says it’s her German breeding that has made he stoic and she can’t understand how the models can cry on national TV.

She’s conquered the runway and the airwaves, but the most ambitious thing Heidi Klum’s ever done doesn’t involve fashion.

“I jumped into the water with 45 sharks without a cage in the Bahamas for a Discovery Channel show,” the supermodel tells Parade.com. “That was a really good experience.”

Not to mention fearless — splashing around with sharks proved to be an epiphany for the 35-year-old.

“I’m not saying that everyone should swim with sharks, but sometimes you have to jump over your own shadow in order to learn something that you will never forget for the rest of your life,” she says. “Then you know you can conquer your fears.”

Heidi Klum is the latest celebrity to offer troubled Britney Spears a place to recuperate away from the paparazzi. The German presenter of U.S. TV show Project Runway, who lives nearby Spears in Beverly Hills, California with her three children and husband Seal, believes the singer needs to spend some time hidden away from the media.

Heidi Klum says,

“She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight. “I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life.”

In recent weeks, Queen Latifah, Steve Irwin’s widow Teri and Sylvester Stallone’s ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen have come forward to offer Spears a private retreat.
