Hayden, who plays Claire Bennet on the supernatural hit, is actively looking to have a lesbian fling with her nosy college roommate, played by Madeleine Zima in this season’s chapter on redemption, reported the Sun.

Hayden, who finally wants to explore her bi-sexual side, told the press: “I kind of threw it out there. They [the writers] put you in relationships and I was like, ‘Can I just be with a girl or something? Let’s do that.’

“So they took it and ran with it.”

Hayden Panettiere who has previously dated her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia and British TV presenter Steve Jones, wanders around her home in the nude and is often caught by her roommate.

“The last person to see me naked was my stylist. But it’s usually my roommate, who is my best friend – she sees me buck-naked all the time. She walks in and I’m like, ‘Look, I’m naked! Naked girl!’ Contactmusic quoted Panettiere as saying.

The “Heroes” beauty, has sparked rumors she has rekindled her romance with British TV presenter Steve Jones after the pair was spotted cozying up during a night out with pals in Hollywood.

They were snapped together at Los Angeles eatery Firefly last week, with Hayden Panettiere even hopping onto the TV hunk’s lap at one point during the night

The star of Heroes and I Love You, Beth Cooper, 19, tells Details in its August issue about her contemporaries at school when she would return from professional gigs. “Every time I came back from filming, it would be me trying to find my way back into the clique. And they weren’t having it.”

Hayden also tells Details about how people treated when she went back to school after filming, “I was tortured, emotionally tortured by these girls. Hayden Panettiere is mastering the art of dressing for her petite size, she says: “There are all these little tricks that make such a difference, like being conscious of when a shoe cuts me off at the ankle, so it doesn’t shorten my legs.” She also prefers high-waisted shorts like these for her small frame.

“It’s a little hard when someone is standing behind you with a camera on the beach, takes a picture of your rear end, and points out all your bumps or whatever. You become much more critical of yourself, because you’re in the position of just such extreme judgment and scrutiny. People love to point out flaws and love to build people up and let them down again.”

The 19 years old sexy Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere says she wants to be best known for her acting ability and not her private life.

“I love acting,” she said.

“It’s something I respect. It’s something that makes me want to be respected for what I do. I’m working toward being a respected actress. Meryl Streep is it for me.

“Just because I’m in the spotlight doesn’t mean I’m God’s gift to the world. I do have cameras in my face all of the time. Fame leaves you no room to mess up even slightly, and things get turned around on you.

“That’s why I feel you really do have to live your life conscious that people are watching. There are certain things you just can’t do.

The Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere said: “I’m single and mingling. Steve lives in London, the distance is a bit too much. Cannes was a great experience. I was on vacation and some friends were going so I decided to come along. It was fun.”

The pair met in Cannes after friends introduced them and there they spent two weeks together before Hayden ended the relationship.

Hayden Panettiere grew up on the King of Pop’s music and was so excited when she thought she may meet him at a party.

“The Heroes schedule is grueling. Twelve to 14 hours a day straight,” she says. “There is no sitting down, for sometimes six or seven days a week.

“The only reason I missed meeting Michael Jackson is because on Halloween when I was supposed to go to a party that he was at, they had us working from 3pm to 7am and I missed Michael Jackson. I am so upset because I am a huge fan.”

Michael Jackson died Thursday (June 25) after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles. He was 50.

Hayden Panettiere, the star of the TV series Heroes, becomes a cheerleader again admired by the nerdy class valedictorian in her new movie “I Love You, Beth Cooper”.
